Terroir: Backed by the steep slopes of the Causse, bordered on the West by the Serre d’Oupia, the terroir is made of schist, influenced by Mediterranean temperatures and cooled by mountain breezes. The altitude terroirs are situated at 350m above sea level.
Wines making: Harvested manually. Pressed immediately at daybreak, static settling. Controlled fermentation temperatures at 16-18°C.
Tasting notes: Luminous pink colour. Fruity and rich nose, tart red berry aromas. Harmonious and balanced taste with roundness and acidity. Delicate tastes followed by freshness. Overall rounded impact.
