AOP La Livinière
70% Grenache
30% Syrah
Ruby color with purple highlights.
Nose dominated by warm spices, with notes of rose and violet.
Rich and unctuous on the palate. Fine tannins, well-integrated oak, a very elegant wine, with aromas of garrigue (rosemary, rockrose), white pepper and truffle. Fresh and mineral wine.
Jeb Dunnuck – 93/100

Hand-harvested using traditional methods. Punching down and pump-overs for gentle, controlled tannin extraction, preserving the delicacy of the fruit and the smooth richness on the palate. Aged in French oak barrels for 10 to 12 months.

Backed against the steep slopes surrounding the Causse and bordered to the west by the Serre d’Oupia, this schist terroir combines Mediterranean influence with the freshness of the Causse, offering a truly exceptional character.
