CHATEAU DE CIFFRE

Château de Ciffre, certified in organic farming since 2019, is the only property in the region to extend both in AOP Faugères, AOP Saint-Chinian and AOP Languedoc. The tasting of the Château’s wines, rewarded with the ‘Decanter Regional Trophy’, evokes landscapes of wild and unique beauty. At the crossroads of limestone, gneiss or schist terroirs, the variety of grape varieties reveals a wine with subtle aromas that expresses the character of this extraordinary place.
