GRAPE VARIETY • Pinot Noir

TERROIR • Clay-limestone terroir. The Saint Jean plot is located at an altitude of 280 meters. The yield is very low, around 20 hectoliters per hectare.

TASTING NOTES • Elegant and powerful, with typical notes of red fruits and kirsch cherry, complemented by hints of vanilla, smoke, and game. Beautiful structure on the palate, long and fresh finish.

WINEMAKING • Cold pre-fermentation maceration at 8°C for 5 days, followed by controlled fermentation at 26°C with extraction by pumping over and rack-and-return.
