Terroir: Backed by the steep slopes of the Causse, bordered on the West by the Serre d’Oupia, the terroir is made of schist, influenced by Mediterranean temperatures and cooled by mountain breezes. The altitude terroirs are situated at 350m above sea level.

Wines making: Hand-picked from high-lying vineyards. Maceration with gentle interventions to preserve the tannins and the quality of the fruit. Partial aging in new barrels.

Tasting notes: Intense garnet colour. Spiced and mentholated fragrance on the nose. Aromas of dark, fresh fruit (blackberry, plum). Intense in mouth. Depth, substance and volume. Balanced by a finale of prune and cacao.
