Mademoiselle de Pennautier · 2024

75cl • IGP Pays d’Oc

GRAPE VARIETIES • 70% Chardonnay, 20% Sauvignon, 10% Viognier

TERROIR • A terroir benefiting from an exceptional variety of climates. The vines are north-facing to retain freshness during hot summers. The high-altitude plots enjoy cool nights, allowing gentle ripening and the most elegant expression of aromas.

TASTING NOTES • Bright and clear color with golden-yellow reflections. Aromas of fresh white-fleshed fruits (vine peach, greengage plum, apricot) with a floral touch. On the palate, lovely roundness and smoothness with a long, refreshing finish.

Bernard Burtschy 89/100: “With good density, the marked sweetness gives it immediate charm.”

WINEMAKING • Harvested during the coolest hours of the night. Low-pressure pressing of the grapes. Cold static settling, protected from oxygen. Controlled fermentation at 18°C for about 3 weeks. Ageing on fine lees.
